I partnered with the Brand team at Netflix to reimagine the company’s external job board—no small task for a platform that regularly sees traffic from over 14,000 (and counting.)

Our mission was to bring a unified look and feel to the site—one that reflected Netflix’s brand with both warmth and excellence. We aimed to showcase employees not just at their desks, but in motion; between meetings, mid conversation, immersed in the day-to-day work. The imagery needed to feel human and approachable, while still capturing the bold, high-performing spirit of the company.

To bring this to life, we put together global photoshoots across Netflix offices — from Hollywood to Tokyo. The goal was twofold: highlight the diversity of the workforce and spotlight the unique, thoughtfully designed environments that empower it. Every space at Netflix is styled with intention, and it was important our photography reflected that same care and precision.

The final visuals are now featured across the job site, shaping a recruitment experience that is both visually compelling and true to the brand.
